CONTEXT

In January 2018, Healing & Wellness Spa was created to focus on the massive implications of overall health as a competitive spa that gives a better experience for modern-day lifestyles.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

WHY CHRONIC PAIN IS INCREASING IN AMERICA

Everyday life can be so overwhelming to where it can affect mental, emotional, and physical health. According to recent studies, mental health has become a rising problem in the 21st century. Although people try to have a short time for themselves to relax, such as sleeping, reading a book, watching a movie, and more, it doesn’t always target the problem.

Problem statement questions:

The main question is how might we influence people who have preconceived information about the spa, to experience it, especially in regards to health benefits?

Will we be able to persuade people to put on a spa experience for self-care every few months?

Hypothesis:

Although the assignment was to create a decorative design for Healing and Wellness Spa. There were results of reasons why it was important to attend spa treatments once a month or once every two months.
